The Bianconeri are undergoing a mid-season crisis with negative results causing turbulence at the club.
Real Madrid come to town later tonight and it will give coach Claudio Ranieri the chance to silence his critics.
The Tinkerman's career is on the line as is sporting director Alessio Secco's.
Sacchi has been linked with a role at the club but he has denied the speculation.
"Have Juve called me for the directors role? No. I have never been contacted by the club and I don't think they will get in touch with me either," Sacchi told Radio Kiss Kiss.
"Juve play Madrid at a bad time and the Spanish side will try and win. They are stronger but they don't defend well and this could be the key for the Bianconeri.
"I think Juventus will play closed up and they will be hoping for a great night from [Alessandro] Del Piero or from Amauri.
"I don't think too much blame should go on Ranieri either."
The Old Lady has a good record at home against Real Madrid and the Italians will be hoping it remains that way tonight. Real lost 3-1 the last time they were in Turin in 2003, Del Piero and Nedved were the heroes on that night.
